These Terms of Service govern your use of thecelebrationco.ng and any services booked or purchased through it. By accessing this website or making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

The Celebration Co Limited is a luxury events and catering company based in Lagos, Nigeria. We operate thecelebrationco.ng and the Catered by TCC sub-brand.

We offer two categories of service.

Signature experiences including our Signature Picnic, Signature Brunch, and Luxe Dinner, are booked through an enquiry and confirmation process handled off-site.

Graze table and catering services under Catered by TCC may be purchased directly through this website. Availability, pricing, and package inclusions are subject to change.

All confirmed bookings are subject to a separate booking agreement where applicable.

Payments for catering orders made on this website are processed securely through our checkout.

For signature experience bookings, payment instructions are shared following confirmation of your enquiry. All payments are non-refundable.

In the event of a cancellation, the amount paid will be converted to a credit note redeemable against any of our services within six months of the original payment date. Where costs have already been incurred on your behalf, including payments made to third-party vendors, those costs will be deducted before any credit is issued, as they are non-recoverable. Credit notes hold no cash value and cannot be extended beyond the six-month window.

The Celebration Co Limited will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services beyond the value of the service purchased.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
